On-time and in-full shipments
We promise to only send complete orders that will be delivered on-time. On the rare occasion where an item is not available we will contact you immediately and give you the option of receiving your full shipment when the missing item can be delivered or part ship the order, with the ballance sent as a priority the moment it becomes available. Either way you are 100% informed.
Next day delivery - guaranteed
Order before 2pm Monday to Thursday and we promise to get your order built and dispatched the very same day. Meaning your order will arrive the very next day. Exceptions to this are certain bespoke items that are built to order and orders received after 2pm or on a Friday. In which case they will be delivered on the next working day.
